It’s a good topic for betting prediction. I think to pick the top four semi-finalists will be an easier task however I’ll try to give my verdict which will be 90% close to the actual result. First let me tell you the Next ICC Men’s T20 world cup is going to be held between 18th October 2020 to 15th November 2020 . Australia will be hosting the event. It’s a petty long tournament and going to be very exciting. There are couple of very good teams like England, Australia, India, New Zealand, West Indies, South Africa, Pakistan between whom you can see a very strong competition. Let’s analyze one by one. The current champion West Indies has one of the best hitters in the world and they are a very good competitor in this format. They don’t have the best bowlers though that will be a big negative factor for them. In recent past they had some bad matches against Afganisthan and India. So I exclude the two time T20 champion West Indies from the competition.
South Africa after the resignation of AB develiers has witnessed few very big embarrassments. Despite having good players like Quinton De Cock, Faf Duplessi, Hasim Amla, Kagiso Rabada they are not able to win matches with consistency so I’ll take South Africa out from the list. Pakistan although the number one team in the present ICC men’s T20 ranking however if they have to play a knock out match against India, they will certainly loose and even their recent performance against Australia is also not that impressive. So we are left with the four semi finalist those are Australia, India, New Zealand and England. Now who is the strongest? Well New Zealand is very much dependent on Kane Williamson, Martin Guptil, Rose Taylor, Trent Boult and Southe but they need to find some better hitter who could put up a good total. If Kane has failed to fire on a day the team struggles.
Who is going to win the next ICC Men’s T20 world Cup
So I’ll keep them out of it. India has a good side and the team has the best top 3 batsman in the form of Rohit, Kohli, Dhawan/Rahul in the tournament. If any of this batsman fire then India will have a good day for sure. They also have bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah, B. Kumar who are very handy death over bowlers. The problem with India is they are experimenting too much with their number 4,5,6 position. Infact their Spinner Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav are also not very consistent. They have to find the right combination as early as possible if they have to make an Impact in the tournament. England has a very balanced team with good all rounder. They have every bit of capabilities to make into the final. They will be playing with almost all the players with whom they won the last edition of ICC’s 50 over’s World cup. Australia has not being able to make a big impact in T20’s world cup so far but they have a very strong presence this time. Davit Warner, Steve Smith, Finch are in some superb form. You can’t even neglect Maxwell, Marsh brothers. Australia always had world class bowlers. Most importantly they have the home condition and crowd support. They know their pitches more than any other team. So I’ll rate Australia and England as the top two teams and I think team Australia is going to win the next ICC men’s T20 world cup.
